Collierville and Germantown agree on ‘doughnut hole’ fix
There was a little piece of unincorporated Shelby County surrounded by the neighboring suburbs on Winchester Road. Collierville’s pipe extended into it. The north side of Winchester was in Germantown and the south side was in Collierville.
