Collierville sues party house owner

Collierville is taking legal action against a homeowner whose recent house party resulted in multiple arrests. 

The town filed a complaint in Shelby County Chancery Court against Rodney Williams, identified by multiple sources as the homeowner of 9496 Mayfield Road. Collierville is seeking an injunction against Williams, but in the meantime, the court has already issued a restraining order against the homeowner.
