Germantown education board approved land swap in narrow vote

Germantown's Board of Education approved a land swap Monday night that will give up 15 acres of land at Forest Hill Elementary in exchange for 21 acres of city property at Houston Levee Park. A previously proposed water tower will be placed off school property under the deal.
