Desired soccer fields more than a parkland purchase for Germantown

Germantown leaders see purchasing 44 acres on the south side of the suburb as an opportunity to begin accomplishing goals in the Comprehensive Parks and Recreation Master Plan. Additionally, it could drive development to the area.
