Germantown commission takes first pass at First Watch

First Watch, the restaurant proposed for the former Chili’s at Germantown Collection, showed off its plans to renovate the former restaurant Tuesday night, Feb. 25.
The suburb’s Design Review Commission unanimously approved the updates at its monthly meeting. In the coming months, residents will notice a significant facelift to the building on the north side of Poplar Avenue east of Exeter.
