Revamped proposal for Arthur property would decrease apartments, add green space
High Mountain Investments is proposing another concept for the 33-acre Arthur Property. The new proposal includes 250 apartments and 26 townhomes, but its a reduction compared to 400 units propsed in December. (Courtesy City of Germantown)
