Helping Hearts asks faith community to assist families in flood rebuilding

Germantown HELPS is asking church congregations to partner with homeowners affected by June 7 flooding. Despite the damage caused by it, the flooding did not meet the threshold necessary for residents to receive FEMA assistance.
