Germantown rejects residents’ appeal of Bodine School expansion

The Germantown Board of Mayor and Aldermen denied an appeal of a decision by the Planning Commission for Bodine School, granting them a conditional-use permit and allowing the school to expand by 23,000 square feet.
The vote Monday evening was unanimous, upholding the decision of the Planning Commission and moving the project to the October Design Review Commission.
Rand and Leslie Bouldin’s southern and eastern property line border Bodine at 2432 Yester Oaks Drive. They weren’t pleased by the Planning Commission’s decision to endorse the project, so they appealed it to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.
