The Learning Experience day care plans to open a third location in the Memphis area with a new building at the southwest corner of Canada Road and Saskatoon Lane in Lakeland.
The suburb’s Municipal Planning and Design Review Commission on Thursday, Oct. 9, recommended a new site plan for the day care to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.
After an initial 4-4 vote with questions on several issues, the commission had further discussions, agreed to a brick color with the developer, and endorsed the plan by a 7-1 vote.
