Margarita’s on the move

A new Margarita’s is coming to 9752 N. Market Green Place in Lakeland Commons. This will be Margarita’s 11th store.

Jose Avila, general manager for Margarita’s, said the new restaurant doesn’t have an opening date yet as they have the building and planning, but nothing else so far.

Avila said there are other Mexican restaurants in the area, but he believes Margarita’s offers something different and can do well there.

“We think our food is a little different, and we decided to open one in that area,” Avila said.

There might be a few different additions to the menu, but most everything will be the same as the other locations’ menus, Avila said.

Avila said they are excited about this new opportunity to open in the area and serve more people authentic Mexican food.

“It gives us an opportunity to expand to a new community,” Avila said. “We believe we have good dinners and good prices.”

This will be the first Marco’s in Arlington. The 1,762-square-foot space can hold 37 people and will have two restrooms.
