For 30 years, Papa’s Pimento Cheese from Holiday Deli & Ham Co. was a staple for Memphians in search of the creamy Southern cheese spread.

When the deli chain and its sister restaurant, Pimentos Kitchen, closed last year, there was much lamenting as Memphians wondered if their beloved condiment would continue to be available.
