Donna Wadford pays little to no attention to the Chicken Littles of the restaurant industry.
The sky is not falling, and in fact, the beautiful blue canopy would be perfect for her new rooftop restaurant in Southaven.
Wadford’s Rooftop Grille will open within a few weeks.
But isn’t the restaurant industry sort of in trouble?
How could Wadford run headlong into opening a new restaurant while just up the road in Memphis, too many restaurants have shut down not to notice?
