Arlington mixed-use development moving ahead after quarter of a century
The largest mixed-use planned development in Arlington’s history is moving forward more than 25 years after its intial approval.
The Arlington Planning Commission endorsed a general development plan Monday, Oct. 21, for the 287-acre Donelson Farms commercial/industrial project located west of Interstate 269, south of Donelson Farms Parkway and east of Cypress Creek.
In March, the Planning Commission deferred a decision on a general-development plan for a new retail and industrial park on the site, which would represent the first phase of the Donelson Farms mixed-use project approved in 1998.
