Where will the Memphis Tigers play a bowl game?

The Memphis Tigers ended the 2024 regular season with their biggest win of the year, a 34-24 victory against a ranked Tulane team on Thanksgiving Night.
Now, the Tigers (10-2), ranked No. 25 in the AP Top 25 and hoping to earn an 11th win for just the second time in school history, will receive their 11th straight bowl invite.
Destinations and opponents for bowl-eligible teams will be announced Sunday, Dec. 8, and speculation about where Memphis and the other are headed will continue until then.

As a reminder, here are the bowl affiliations for the American Athletic Conference: Military Bowl, Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl, Wasabi Fenway Bowl and the Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl.
Four among eight other bowls (Birmingham Bowl, First Responder Bowl, Frisco Bowl, Cure Bowl, Boca Raton Bowl, Gasparilla Bowl, Myrtle Beach Bowl and New Mexico Bowl) also can include an AAC team.
Eight of the AAC’s 14 teams are bowl-eligible this season.
Memphis’ upset over Tulane has likely taken the AAC out of College Football Playoff contention, with the winner of the Mountain West Conference title game between Boise State and UNLV likely representing Group of Five programs in the 12-team playoff.
