Welcome to Inked, a column that notes some of the week’s commercial real estate transactions and updates in the greater Memphis area that may have gone unnoticed.
Arlington 8-acre property to be sold
An 8-acre property on Airline Road in Arlington is under contract by developer Matt Connell and slated for a 21,000-square-foot retail center.
The retail center, located in the 5500 block of Airline Road, will be located across from the almost 5,300-square-foot medical development Hayes Crossing, which Connell also developed. The site is also next to MicroPort Scientific Corp.‘s global headquarters.
