Happy Mexican Downtown to become Happy Memphis
The former Happy Mexican restaurant, which splits South Second Street and St. Martin Street, will soon become Happy Memphis.
The new restaurant, expected to open in May if inspections and improvements stay on schedule, will be a place for inclusivity, positivity and diversity, said owner Anthony Curry.
