Arlington commission concerned with testing center route through town

A new driver testing center in Arlington is having trouble getting to the starting line.

On Monday, April 21, the Arlington Planning Commission deferred a vote for the second time regarding a proposed Tennessee Department of Safety driver testing facility on U.S. 70.
