As the future of the former Quail Ridge Golf Course in Bartlett hangs in the balance, nearby property owners are disgusted with how the appearance of the property has diminished in recent months.
And while the lack of maintenance has caused aesthetic problems, they also don’t have any answers on the future use of the land.
