A new mixed-use project proposed near U.S. 70 and U.S. 64 in Bartlett is off to a rocky start in its quest for city approval.
Earlier this week, the Bartlett Planning Commission gave an unfavorable recommendation to the suburb’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen for the new Union Depot - First Addition mixed-use project.
