Man accused of sexual solicitation of minors appears before Germantown judge

A man accused of sexual solicitation involving minors appeared in Germantown’s court Wednesday and is requesting a preliminary hearing next week.
A 38-year-old resident of the suburb, was arrested after an alleged incident of sexually soliciting minors at Howard McVay Park. He has entered a not guilty plea Wednesday, and Judge Rhea Clift granted his request for the preliminary hearing.
Police began investigating the case last week and arrested the man. He faces two counts of solicitation of a minor.
