The Memphis Tigers are one week away from the team’s biggest nonconference game of the season.
But, before playing host to Arkansas next week, the Tigers (2-0) will play their second straight road game against a Sun Belt Conference opponent.
Memphis will kick off at Troy (1-1) at 11 a.m. Saturday (ESPNU).
The Tigers, members of the American Conference, beat Troy 38-17 at home last season. Troy quarterback Goose Crowder was injured early in that game, but he is healthy heading into this matchup.
