International Paper sold its bag-converting operations to Cincinnati, Ohio-based packaging manufacturer ProAmpac.
ProAmpac, owned by Pritzker Private Capital, announced the acquisition of Memphis-based IP’s bag operations on Friday, Oct. 17.
