Eye of the tiger: ACS looks to unify schools with new logo, mascot

A fresh face with some big fangs will represent the Arlington Community Schools municipal district for years to come.

The district recently announced its new tiger logo as part of a rebranding effort that will bring cohesion to its four schools. 

Over the summer, ACS Superintendent Allison Clark, Arlington High Principal Chris Davis, and ACS Communications Director Tyler Hill sat on a committee for rebranding the municipal school district that serves the northeast Shelby County suburb.
