Arlington puts future solar plant plans on ice

With the number of solar farms increasing dramatically in recent years, including in Millington and other parts of Shelby County, Arlington is taking a proactive approach toward regulating their placement.
The townās Board of Mayor and Aldermen on Monday, Nov. 3, voted unanimously in favor of aĀ six-month moratorium on all new utility and public utility land uses.
