Wild Beet Salad Co. is planting new roots where The Farmer once was, part of the former Railgarten’s redevelopment into Stomping Grounds.
The salad-focused restaurant, owned by Kelcie Nollner, is set to open at 2158 Central Ave. in January, serving lunch and dinner and, eventually, breakfast.
Nollner said she plans to reopen the space’s connected ice cream shop as well, under the name Lil’ Beet Treats, at a later date.
