Ford suppliers to pay $5M in property taxes to Stanton, Tenn., throughout 10 years

Stanton, Tennessee — home of Ford Motor Co.‘s BlueOval City — will receive $5.41 million throughout the next decade from property taxes generated by Ford suppliers.
Stanton Mayor Norman Bauer Jr. on Friday, Jan. 16, said the town will receive more than $540,000 annually for the next 10 years property tax revenues.
The suppliers include Avancez, an automotive manufacturer and distributor; Magna Seating and Magna Structures Cosma, two entities of Magna International, a global manufacturer for automakers, and GFX Mod (modification) Center, an automotive upfitter.
