Ex-St. George’s basketball player faces 8 felonies in campus sexual assault case

A 19-year-old charged with eight felonies related to a pair of sexual assaults at St. George’s Independent School was arraigned Wednesday by Shelby County Judge Chris Craft.
Bryant Swing Jr. is charged with aggravated rape, criminal attempt rape, statutory rape, two counts of aggravated kidnapping and three counts of sexual battery in connection with a pair of incidents at the private school in Collierville.
He was released after a $300,000 bond last Friday, Jan 23, Swing’s 19th birthday.
