Winchester Commons snapped up for $17.1 million

A partnership between two New York companies has bought the Winchester Commons Shopping Center as part of a 1.1 million-square-foot portfolio acquisition.
DLC Management Corp., in partnership with a fund managed by DRA Advisors, bought six properties in five states, including the shopping center at Winchester Road and Hacks Cross Road.
Operating as F and I XI Winchester Commons LLC, they bought the property for $17.1 million, according to the Shelby County Register of Deeds site.
