For Zach Lucchesi, sports agency comes with the personal touch

Zach Lucchesi isn’t a huge fan of the words “sports agent.”

But even though he has all the necessary certifications to operate as one in Tennessee — along with the requisite background needed to be a good one — Lucchesi is looking to reclaim, well, some agency for his profession.

“I always say, ‘agent’ sounds like I’m rolling up in a suit with a Rolex on,” he said. “That’s not me. If you know me, I’m as friendly as they get; I’m rolling around Memphis, in every gym. I’m a big relationship guy.”
