LeMoyne-Owen grows footprint with new purchases in Soulsville

LeMoyne-Owen College is expanding its landlocked campus with a flurry of transactions this year.

The private, historically Black liberal arts college bought the 7,462-square-foot building and its 1.2 acres for $500,000 at 1044 Mississippi Blvd. from YWCA Greater Memphis earlier this month for its School of Education.
