Grant & Co. moves ahead on 300-unit Levee apartments in Cordova

Grant & Co. is moving forward with its next apartment project in Cordova.
The homebuilder pulled construction permits for The Levee, an estimated $40 million development with 300 units spread across 11 buildings.
The Levee is part of the Amherst planned development where the company has already built the Grays Creek Apartments to the west.
