The Majestic Grille is committing to another decade Downtown with a new lease and plenty of planned upgrades.

The upscale but approachable American restaurant and bar signed a 10-year lease extension with longtime landlord Belz Enterprises for its historic 10,800-square-foot space at 145 S. Main St.
