Local real estate brokers embrace AI but warn: Trust and verify

Artificial intelligence is becoming a common tool in local real estate as residential and commercial brokers use various platforms to write marketing copy, analyze markets and help clients find sites.

Brokers say the technology can improve efficiency, but users should pay for stronger data controls and verify AI output.
