Houston High, Germantown Athletic Club updates secure money

Germantown’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen is moving forward with a bond to fund some Houston High upgrades and renovation of the Germantown Athletic Club’s indoor natatorium.
City leaders unanimously approved the bond amount is $13.5 million on Monday. Of that, $10 million is earmarked for upgrades at the high school and $3.5 million for the indoor pool.
The city reserves bond use for capital improvements with a long-lasting impact.
