In-N-Out Burger targets second site

In-N-Out Burger is targeting Germantown Parkway for its second Memphis-area location and might have found its spot in Cordova.
The California-based fast-food chain has the former Bahama Breeze Island Grille at 2830 N. Germantown Parkway under contract to purchase, according to multiple sources.
