Bartlett entrepreneur M.K. Hossain welcomed the first customers to his new Al-Aqsa International Market on Friday, Oct. 3, in a retail center he acquired this summer.

The market becomes the anchor for his newly named Raina Plaza, formerly known as Bartlett Hills Shopping Center near Stage and Elmore Park roads. Bargain Hunt, which closed earlier this year, was the last to occupy the market’s space.

Hossain describes his business as encompassing Mediterranean, Hispanic and Indian groceries with some European and American products as well.
