Former bank CEO pleads guilty to child porn charges

Former Evolve Bank & Trust CEO Robert Hartheimer on Monday, Jan. 5, pled guilty to two counts of child pornography.

Hartheimer, 68, appeared before U.S. District Judge Sheryl H. Lipman in the Odell Horton Federal Building where the New York native entered into a voluntary guilty plea to the two charges.
