Developers submitted plans for new medical offices on a site where they recently cleared trees along the south side of Wolf River Boulevard in Germantown.
Twin Bridges Investment plans to extend the suburb’s medical corridor to the west with a pair of 54,000-square-foot office buildings.
The final site plan is scheduled tentatively for the suburb’s March 3 Planning Commission meeting. The agenda won’t be published until late February.
