September home sales are down in the Memphis area
Shelby County’s year-to-date total sales is 10,594 units, down 26.2% from 14,364 units recorded during the same period last year. (The Daily Memphian file)
September’s monthly sales volume was $366 million, down 28.2% compared to the $510.1 million recorded in September 2022, according to the Memphis Area Association of Realtors September market report.
