CSC ServiceWorks at Shelby Distribution Center
CSC ServiceWorks has leased 13,680 square feet at the Shelby Distributor Center at 6075 E. Shelby Drive.Â
The facility includes 2,536 square feet of office space and 11,144 square feet of warehouse space.Â
CSC ServiceWorks is a provider of laundry solutions and air-vending services in the United States, Canada and Europe.Â
It has served 127,000 multi-housing communities, 22,800 gas stations and convenience stores, 12,500 residential homes, 6,700 hotels and resorts and more, according to its website.Â
Avison Young brokers Michael Donahoe and Bentley Pembroke represented the landlord, Plymouth REIT. Henry T Stratton represented the tenant.Â
