Inked: Commercial Appeal office auction delayed; Millington retail strip sold for $1.4M

Retail strip space sold for $1.4 million 

The 1,830-square-foot retail space at 8457 U.S. Highway 51 in Millington was sold to Highway 51 Holdings for $1.4 million. 

The seller, Mirabile Properties, was represented by Myers Commercial Real Estate broker Raushanah “RL” Morgan.

The buyer was represented by Tom Marsh with Trezevant Realty Corp. 

The property’s co-tenants are AT&T and Select Physical Therapy.
