Chick-fil-A opens Uptown location

Chick-fil-A opened a new restaurant Thursday, Sept. 25, at 550 Uptown St., creating 120 new jobs and bringing the popular fast-food venue to Uptown.

Memphis native CeCe Glenn is the owner and operator of the “drive-thru-focused” location, which offers drive-thru, delivery and “Mobile Thru” options. It also has a walk-up window for carryout.
