Hattie B’s Hot Chicken’s second Memphis-area restaurant — this one in Germantown — cleared a significant hurdle Tuesday night, Dec. 2, as the suburb’s Planning Commission unanimously endorsed plans for a new location in Germantown.
The final decision lies with the suburb’s aldermen, who must review the plans.
