Grant family tree branching out with development, homebuilding efforts

Whether it’s getting development projects completed or racing for the checkered flag at racetracks across the eastern United States, the Grant family is all about crossing the finish line.
Three generations of Grants at Grant & Co. Builders Realtors — including Richard, Keith, David, Kim and Conner — gathered at their Collierville office recently to talk about tight family bonds, and separate business entities, that have helped them flourish.
The Grants are in their fourth generation of homebuilding and development in Shelby and Fayette counties, plus North Mississippi. Grant & Co.’s many projects over the past nearly seven decades include residential neighborhoods, apartment complexes and mixed-use communities.
