New townhouses could finally come to The Lake District in Lakeland, more than three years after anticipated.
On Thursday, March 19, the suburb’s Board of Commissioners approved a residential development contract with REV3 Willows Holdings LLC for Phases 1 and 2 of The Willows at the Lake townhome project.
Several models were under construction at The Willows when the original developer Yehuda Netanel declared bankruptcy in 2023.
