Firm linked to Millington racetrack owner buys Memphis warehouse

A Tennessee company affiliated with an industrial electrical contracting firm and a local racetrack owner has bought a Southeast Memphis warehouse.

Cuttell Investments LLC bought the 169,272-square-foot building at 4481 Distriplex Cove from Olymbec USA LLC for $10.5 million, or $62 per square foot.
