Golden Beauty buys former Rite Aid in Bartlett

Golden Beauty Supply, a retailer with multiple locations in the Memphis area, has bought a corner lot in Bartlett for a new location.
Operating as GNWA Corp Inc., it bought a 1.2-acre site at 6860 Summer Ave. from Jason Associates for $2.7 million.
