As airport works to ease parking issues, it finds new management company
The Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority has been working on a parking guidance system, which includes light signals to show parking spot availability in the economy, short-term and long-term garages. (The Daily Memphian file)
Airport officials on Thursday, July 24, voted to begin negotiating with a new parking management company to take over when the current contract expires.
The Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority awarded the bid to Atlanta-based LAZ Parking Georgia LLC.
