“I’m not easily contained,” Stephanie Feng said and chuckled as she gestured to the space, densely decorated with art, plants and eclectic lighting, around her. “I just want it all to be different.”

Feng recently opened Juiced What You Needed, a juice bar and cafe on South Main Street, with her husband, Ti-Pei. If the adage about eating with your eyes first is true, the Fengs beckon to passersby with a feast that draws them inside.
