Buckley’s Grill began with two busboys.

Jeff Fioranelli and Ken Dick were busboys together at Polo’s in Germantown — and friends at Christian Brothers High School — before they ever opened their long-running East Memphis steakhouse.

In May, the pair celebrated Buckley’s 30th anniversary. But, fewer than two months later, they decided to close the restaurant for good.
